Weekend, Daily, Camping, Reserved Seating, VIP, etc. Dauphin's Countryfest has a ticket for everyone for a single day or the whole weekend. Not sure how it all works or what the pricing is? Weekend Camping Packages

  • Reserved - Includes 2 weekend passes and 1 reserved campsite in Upper/Heritage/Fisher/Lower/Back 40 Reserved.
  • Rush - Includes 2 weekend passes and 1 rush campsite in Back 40 Rush.

Weekend Admission

General admission into the festival.

Supporter Pak

Each Supporter Pak includes six weekend passes, special parking and one promotional item. Limited number available.

VIP Tickets

Each VIP Pass includes a weekend pass, a reserved seat in the VIP Section, a VIP parking pass, lunch and dinner in the VIP Dining Tent Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and with the purchase of two VIPs, an opportunity to purchase a VIP Campsite (Upper or Heritage, based on availability).

A VIP Pass allows access to the VIP Lounge with a cash bar and complimentary non-alcoholic beverages. Closed circuit TV coverage of the Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries Main Stage is also accessible in the Lounge and Dining Room. The VIP area also contains separate, private, flush washrooms. VIP seating will be done by the Countryfest Office staff at a later date.

Daily Admission

NOT available during 1st week of sales. Entry allowed on day stated on the ticket.

Camping

There are 6 camping areas available:

  • Upper RESERVED
  • Heritage RESERVED
  • Fisher RESERVED
  • Lower RESERVED
  • Back 40 RESERVED
  • Back 40 RUSH

Dauphin's Countryfest will make every effort to ensure that campers are able to use their campsites as purchased; however, Dauphin's Countryfest reserves the right to relocate camper's onsite if necessary.

Reserved Seating

There are 3 areas of Reserved Seating, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. Reserved Seating is $55/seat and it guarantees you the same seat for the entire weekend! Don't fight the crowds and buy your seat today! The purchase of Reserved Seating does not include gate entry - this reserves a physical seat only for the entire weekend. You must purchase a weekend pass.

Some of the seats on the east side of Level 2 may have restricted views.

Reserved Seating lanyards will not be mailed out. Bring your ticket with you to the festival, fold it and put it in the lanyard provided at the Countryfest Office on-site or from the Security in your reserved seating section. The lanyard must be visible at all times when in the reserved seating areas. All other seating is rush.

Parking

NOT available during 1st week of sales.

Parking can be pre-purchased online, or purchased on-site at the Parking Lot booth, based on availability.

Here are the packages available:

  • Weekend Parking - $45
  • Thursday Parking - $15
  • Friday Parking - $15
  • Saturday Parking - $15
  • Sunday Parking - $15
  • Handicap Parking - $15

Weekend Parking: Vehicles are permitted to park and remain in lot until Monday morning.

Day Parking: Vehicles are permitted to park in lot overnight, but must be removed from lot by 8am the next morning, or they will be towed at the owner's expense.

Handicap Parking: A valid Handicap Permit and Countryfest Parking Pass must be visible on windshield at all times. Handicap Parking is located on the west side of VIP Parking and near the Social Hall.

ABSOLUTELY NO RVS OR CAMPING UNITS ALLOWED IN PARKING AREA.

Any vehicle anywhere on-site that does not have the appropriate pass clearly displayed in windshield will be towed at the owner's expense.

As always, we highly encourage patrons to take the shuttlebus. The shuttlebus is sponsored in part by MolsonCoors, MLCC and MPI.

Bus Tours

NOT available during 1st week of sales.

Brandon

Spend a day at Countryfest with CKLQ/StarFM!

  • Passengers will meet at CKLQ/Star FM parking lot located at 624 - 14th Street E in Brandon at approx. 10:45am. Bus to depart at 11:00am. All passengers will have signed a waiver form, or will have to sign a waiver form before entry on the bus.
  • Passengers MUST have their ticket in order to board the bus.
  • Pick up in Neepawa, at Mclaughlin GM Dealership on Highway #16 at approx. 11:40am.
  • Bus arrives at Dauphin's Countryfest at approx. 1:00pm.
  • Passengers will produce ticket to the Countryfest representative, and they will be given a day wristband. Passengers should keep their ticket for re-entry onto the bus at the shows end.
  • Bus will be loaded immediately after the Main Stage act has left the stage. The show usually ends between 11:30pm and midnight. Loading the bus should take approx. 20 - 30 minutes.
  • Bus will drop off in Neepawa and return to Brandon at approx. 2:00am.
  • The bus will be a dry bus, no alcohol is permitted on the bus.
  • CKLQ/Star FM will have 2 people on board to host the bus to and from Dauphin.
  • Please note that the hosts will do their best to make sure all who have tickets get on the bus, BUT you are ultimately responsible to be at the bus at loading times, and neither CKLQ nor Dauphin's Countryfest are responsible for people missing departure times.

Yorkton

Spend a day at Countryfest with GX94!

  • Passengers will meet at the Painted Hand Casino parking lot located at 510 Broadway St W in Yorkton at approx. 9:45am. Bus to depart at 10:00am (Saskatchewan time). All passengers will have signed a waiver form, or will have to sign a waiver form before entry on the bus.
  • Passengers MUST have their ticket in order to board the bus.
  • Pick up at Roblin Parkway Co-op Gas Bar. 11:00am Saskatchewan time.
  • Passengers will produce ticket to Countryfest representative, and they will be given a day wristband. Passengers should keep their ticket for re-entry onto the bus at the shows end.
  • Bus will be loaded immediately after the final Main Stage act has left the stage. The show usually ends between 11:30pm and midnight. Loading the bus should take approx. 20 - 30 minutes.
  • Bus will drop off at Lake of the Prairies and return to Yorkton at approx. 12:30am (Saskatchewan time).
  • The bus will be a dry bus, no alcohol is permitted on the bus.
  • GX94 Radio will have 2 people on board to host the bus to and from Dauphin.
  • Please note that the hosts will do their best to make sure all who have tickets get on the bus, BUT you are ultimately responsible to be at the bus at loading times, and neither FX94 nor Dauphin's Countryfest are responsible for people missing departure times.

Membership

Membership has its privileges. A lifetime membership to Dauphin's Countryfest is $250. This membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable except to an immediate family member is the membership holder. Membership privileges include:

  • The opportunity to purchase tickets to the annual music festival as follows: 2 weekend passes OR 2 weekend VIP Passes, one campsite and reserved seating prior to public ticket sales. Each member has the right to reserve his/her member campsite from year to year. If the member does not purchase the campsite for 3 consecutive years, the campsite is released from the member's name and will be used at the discretion of Dauphin's Countryfest, including becoming available for purchase by another member or the general public. Dauphin's Countryfest will make every effort to ensure that campers are able to use their campsites as purchased; however, Dauphin's Countryfest reserves the right to relocate camper's onsite if necessary. Each member also has the right to reserve his/her reserved seating from year to year. If the member does not purchase the reserved seats again the following year, the seats are released from the member's name and will be used at the discretion of Dauphin's Countryfest, including becoming available for purchase by another member or the general public.
  • An invitation to attend the Annual General Meeting and vote accordingly including for the Board of Directors. No one person may hold more than one vote regardless of the number of memberships held.
  • An opportunity to run for a position on the Board of Directors.
