Dauphin's Countryfest is proud to support The Parkland Crisis Centre, who earned approximately $830 volunteering at the Main Gates during Countryfest 2016. 
The Parkland Crisis Centre focuses on education, awareness and programming for women and children fleeing domestic violence.

Country music fans will be pleased with the exciting line-up announced at a press conference yesterday (November 6th, 2012). "We've got the hottest new country stars for our fans," says Eric Irwin, president of Dauphin's Countryfest, celebrating its 24th anniversary from June 27 to 30. "We make it our goal each year to go out and sign great current acts with the biggest new hits. Dauphin's Countryfest Receives Philanthropist of the Year Award

Dauphin's Countryfest has been awarded the 2012 Philanthropist of the Year Award from the Dauphin & District Community Foundation. The award was presented to the organization at the Community Foundation's Annual Dinner on Saturday, October 13, 2012. The Philanthropist of the Year award is given to individual(s) or businesses that have shown the true spirit of philanthropy and giving. The award may be given for contributions to the Foundation in one given year and/or for contributions over an extended period. Dauphin's Countryfest finalist for Manitoba Tourism Award

Dauphin’s Countryfest was nominated for the 2012 Manitoba Tourism Award for Event of the Year. Countryfest Director, Ross McAuley was in attendance and was pleased to accept our finalist award at the Awards Ceremony in Winnipeg on September 10, 2012.

Unfortunately, Countryfest didn’t take home the win for this year but the board and staff would like to congratulate the Winnipeg Folk Festival and Folklorama on their shared win!

Dauphin's Countryfest will be featured on CMT

CMT host Casey Clark and his crew were on site during Dauphin's Countryfest this year gathering lots of fun footage.  Dauphin's Countryfest is excited that we will be featured on CMT this weekend!

Here are the times and dates that the Countryfest special will be aired:

  • Friday September 7th - 6:00pm ET
  • Friday September 7th - 11:00pm ET
  • Saturday September 8th - 3:30pm ET
  • Sunday September 9th - 1:00pm ET

The Boys of Fall Tour coming to Portage & Dauphin!

Dauphin's Countryfest is proud to be presenting 2 concert stops on the "Boys of Fall Tour" featuring Canadian Country Music stars Dallas Smith and Chad Brownlee! The first show being presented by Dauphin's Countryfest will be in Portage La Prairie on Friday November 16th, 2012. The next show will be in Dauphin on Saturday November 17th, 2012.
