2014 marks the 25th anniversary of Dauphin’s Countryfest. The festival is held from June 26 to June 29 on the Selo Ukraina site, 10 kms south of Dauphin on PTH #10. We offer a daily attendance of approximately 14,000 patrons. Space is limited, and applications are accepted on a first - come first - serve basis.

Vending, sales or distribution of any product or material on festival grounds without written consent of festival management is strictly prohibited and could result in eviction or arrest.

All vendors/exhibitors are welcome to advertise in the Festival Guide and/or Souvenir Festival Program.

There are three different types of concession opportunities at the festival:

Food Concessions (Outdoor)

Food concessionaires have an option of renting space and bringing their own trailer, or renting an existing booth with a kitchen (limited number available). All food concessionaires must comply with the rules and regulations dictated by Manitoba Health, including obtaining a temporary food service operating permit. Prices vary depending on location, size, requirements, menus, etc. Absolutely no condiment packages or stir sticks are to be used during the festival, including but not limited to ketchup, mustard, relish, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper, cream, sugar. Alternative methods of providing condiments must be used.

Hours of Operation: Thursday to Sunday, 11:00 am to 1:30 am.

Shopping Concessions (Outdoor)

Concessionaires have an option of renting space and bringing their own tent, or renting an existing booth. Approximately 20 locations are available for outdoor concessionaires selling clothing, purses, jewelry, belts, blankets, sunglasses and/or other accessories. Prices vary depending on location, requirements, etc., and will be confirmed if applications are successful.

Hours of Operation: Thursday to Sunday, 11:00 am to 1:30 am.

Mall Exhibitors (Indoor)

Indoor space rental in the Mini Mall includes 1 table, 2 chairs. Pipe and drape separate exhibitors and provide backdrop.

Hours of Operation: Thursday to Sunday, 11:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Important Information

  • Application submissions do not guarantee space.
  • Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  • DO NOT submit any money with the application. If applications are successful, an invoice will be prepared and sent out with an agreement confirmation.
  • Successful applicants are required to secure their own general liability insurance policy listing Dauphin's Countryfest as an additional insured.
  • No agreement is confirmed until the contract has been signed by the authorized representatives of both parties and deposit payments are received by Dauphin's Countryfest.

Applications are accepted on the following considerations:

  • Completeness (including information, photos, references, etc.)
  • Product / Menu Variety
  • Product balance on Festival site
  • Curb appeal of vendor set-up
  • Previous History with Dauphin’s Countryfest
  • Location availability
