Dauphin's Countryfest 2017 takes place June 29 - July 2, 2017. The festival site is located 10 kms south of Dauphin, Manitoba on PTH #10, bordering the beautiful Riding Mountain National Park. 2017 marks the 28th anniversary of our festival, making us Canada's longest running country music festival. On a sellout year, Dauphin's Countryfest offers a daily attendance of approximately 14,000 patrons.
Vendor application forms for the 2017 festival will be available here in Decemeber 2016.
Applications are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis, and space is limited. Vending, sales, or distribution of any product or material on festival grounds without written consent of festival management is strictly prohibited and could result in eviction or arrest. All vendors/exhibitors are welcome to advertise in the Festival Guide, Souvenir Festival Program, Countryfest app or more! More details available on application form.
Dauphin's Countryfest offers options of renting space (where food vendors bring their own trailer) or renting an existing kitchen-booth (limited number available). All food concessionaires must comply with the requirements of Manitoba Health, including obtaining a temporary food service operating permit.
Food vendors that have been accepted to participate are required to honor current sponsors of the festival as well as all regulations set out in the Festival Guidelines.
Hours of Operation: Thursday to Sunday, 11:00am to 1:30am.
Shopping vendors have an option of renting outdoor space and bringing their own tent or setup, or renting an existing outdoor booth. Approximately 20 locations are available for outdoor shopping vendors selling clothing, purses, jewelry, belts, blankets, sunglasses and/or other accessories. Prices vary depending on location, requirements, etc., and will be confirmed if applications are deemed successful.
Hours of Operation: Thursday to Sunday, 11:00 am to 1:30 am.
The Indoor Mini Mall, located in the centre of the upper vendor area, offers a trade-fair enviroment for vendors. Vendors choose the size of their booth space, ranging from 8' x 10', 8' x 15', 8' x 20' or 8' x 25'. Rental includes one table and two chairs. Pipe and drape separate exhibitors and provide backdrop.
