We are now accepting applications for vendors/exhibitors for the 2016 festival. 

Dauphin's Countryfest takes place June 30 - July 3, 2016. The festival site is located 10 kms south of Dauphin, Manitoba on PTH #10, bordering the beautiful Riding Mountain National Park. 2016 marks the 27th anniversary of our festival, making us Canada's longest running country music festival. On a sellout year, we offer a daily attendance of approximately 14,000 patrons. 

Vendor applications are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis, and space is limited. If you would like to participate as a vendor or exhibitor, please fill out the application form below and submit it to our office. 

Vending, sales or distribution of any product or material on festival grounds without written consent of festival management is strictly prohibited and could result in eviction or arrest. 

All vendors/exhibitors are welcome to advertise in the Festival Guide, Souvenir Festival Program, Countryfest app or more! See application for details. 

Food Vendors (Outdoor)

Dauphin's Countryfest offers options of renting space (where food vendors bring their ouwn trailer) or renting an existing booth with a kitchen (limited number available). All food concessionaires must comply with the requirements of Manitoba Health, including obtaining a temporary food service operating permit.

Food vendors are required to honour current sponsors of the festival and honor regulations set out by the festival (see guidelines).
 

The use of styrofoam products, stir stix and individual condiment packages is strictly prohibited on the festival site.

Shopping Vendors (Outdoor)

Shopping vendors have an option of renting space and bringing their own tent or setup, or renting an existing booth. Approximately 20 locations are available for outdoor shopping vendors selling clothing, purses, jewelry, belts, blankets, sunglasses and/or other accessories. Prices vary depending on location, requirements, etc., and will be confirmed if applications are successful.

Hours of Operation: Thursday to Sunday, 11:00 am to 1:30 am.

Shopping Vendors (Indoor Mall)

Indoor space rental in the Mini Mall includes 1 table, 2 chairs. Pipe and drape separate exhibitors and provide backdrop.

Hours of Operation: Thursday to Sunday, 11:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Applications are accepted on the following considerations:

  • Completeness (including information, photos, references, etc.)
  • Product / Menu Variety
  • Product balance on festival site
  • Curb appeal of vendor set-up
  • Previous history with Dauphin's Countryfest and other festivals
  • Location availability
