Vendor Information

Dauphin’s Countryfest is now accepting applications for food and retail/shopping vendors. 

FESTIVAL DATES:   June 30 - July 2, 2023FESTIVAL SITE LOCATION:   Selo Ukraina site, 10 kms south of Dauphin, Manitoba on PTH #10.Space is limited, and applications are accepted on a first - come first - serve basis.  Application submissions do not guarantee space.  Do not send money with application. Incomplete applications will not be considered. 

Food Vendors


Food vendors have an option of renting space and bringing their own truck or trailer, or renting an existing booth with a kitchen (limited number available). All food concessionaires must comply with the rules and regulations dictated by Manitoba Health, including obtaining a temporary food service operating permit.

Vendor food sales can be purchased by patrons ONLY through food tickets available onsite and/or on-site credit card acceptance platforms (Countryfest issued Square Card Terminals).  No cash sales are allowed. Settlements with Countryfest will take place daily.

Participation fee for Food Trucks: $1500 base deposit + 20% commission of sales.

Participation fee for Food Vendors renting existing Countryfest booths:  base deposit TBD + 20% commission of sales.

Retail / Shopping Vendors (Indoor– Mini Mall)


Our onsite Mini Mall offers a trade-fair environment for exhibitors and vendors.  Rental in the Mini Mall includes 1 table, 2 chairs, and booth sizes starting at 8’ x 10’.  Pipe and drape separate exhibitors and provide backdrop.

Hours of Operation: Thursday to Sunday, 11:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Retail / Shopping Vendors (Outdoor)


Shopping vendors have an option of renting space and bringing their own tent or setup, or renting an existing booth. Approximately 20 locations are available for outdoor shopping vendors selling clothing, purses, jewelry, belts, blankets, sunglasses and/or other accessories. Prices vary depending on location, requirements, etc., and will be confirmed if applications are successful.

Hours of Operation: Thursday to Sunday, 11:00 am to 1:30 am.

Applications are accepted on the following considerations:

  • Product / Menu Variety
  • Product balance on festival site
  • Curb appeal of vendor set-up
  • Previous history with Dauphin’s Countryfest and other festivals
  • Location Availability
  • Submission of all required paperwork, permits, etc

Once applications are received, successful vendors will be notified.  A contract will be sent, and vendors will then be required to submit:

  • Signed, dated confirmation contract which will be forwarded to you;
  • Participation fee / Deposit as outlined on confirmation 

Once signed contract and deposit are received, vendors will have a limited time to submit the following:

  • Copy of Certificate of Insurance showing Countryfest as an added insured;
  • Copy of Food Permit and all other requirements of Manitoba Health Authority (for food vendors);
  • Any outstanding charges. Vendors with any outstanding items will NOT be granted entry into the site.
