This page is dedicated to frequently asked questions related to tickets. If you have a question that is not dealt with on this page, please visit general FAQ's, camping FAQ's or contact us.

Q. I ordered my tickets online and have not received them yet. What do I do?

All tickets (including order confirmations) will be emailed to customers by our ticketing company Elevate. You may want to look for this name as opposed to Dauphin's Countryfest. If the email does not appear in your inbox, be sure to check your Junk Mail Inbox and adjust your spam filter. Customers must inform Countryfest if email address changes.

Q. I ordered my tickets by phone and have not received them yet. What do I do?

Even though you ordered by phone, our operators still processed an online order for you. If you were able to provide an email address, your tickets will be emailed to you by our ticketing company Elevate. You may want to look for this name in your inbox as opposed to Dauphin's Countryfest. If the email does not appear in your inbox, be sure to check your Junk Mail Inbox and adjust your spam filter. Customers must inform Countryfest if email address changes.
If you do not have an email address our operator would have asked you if you prefer to have your tickets mailed, couriered or left at the Countryfest office in Dauphin for pick up. If you are unsure how you requested to receive your tickets please call the Countryfest office at 800-361-7300.

Q. Will my camping pass be emailed to me as well?

Your camping e-ticket will be emailed to you, this is a proof of purchase. You MUST bring this with you to Countryfest. One vehicle sticker and one camping sticker will be given at the gate for each valid camping ticket. Only one camping unit is allowed per site. Campers must provide proof of purchase if required.

Q. Will my reserved seating pass be emailed to me as well?

Like the camping pass, your reserved seating e-ticket will be emailed to you, this is a proof of purchase. You MUST bring this with you to Countryfest. You will ALSO need a lanyard to access the reserved seating area at Countryfest. The lanyards are available for pick up at the Countryfest office on site or from the security in your reserved seating section.

Q. Can members purchase tickets before they go on sale to the public?

Yes, members have the right to purchase tickets (2 weekend or VIP passes per membership) about a month prior to them going on sale to the public. Members will be notified of this by mail or email.

Q. What do I do if I have lost my tickets?

Now that we have moved to online ticket sales, we have the ability to re-issue tickets. If you have lost your tickets, you should contact the Countryfest Office immediately.
