3. SITE OFFICE
The show information booth will be located at the main entrance to the trade show floor at Credit Union Place (CUP). Event staff will be identified by their red Kinsmen color shirt throughout the facility. Let us know if you need assistance.

4. BOOTH AND FORMAT
Pipe and drape will be provided. Your booth number/location will be provided to you prior on arrival. A table (no skirt) and two chairs will be provided for your use.

5. INTERNET SERVICES
Wifi is provided free onsite.

6. ELECTRICAL/POWER CORDS & BARS
Electrical outlets are available for your use. Arrangements must be made prior to the show by contracting the Show Manager. Exhibitors must provide their own extension cords and power bars.

7. Marketing & Advertising
A special section will go out with the free parkland shopper. The show is advertised on multiple radio stations, www.countryfest.ca, and Parkland Expo Facebook and Instagram page. During the show, CKDM is onsite allowing you air time.

8. WASHROOMS
Washrooms are located adjacent to the trade show floor.
